Billing questions

Prices in USD, excluding tax. Stripe adds VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout.

What is an AI credit?

One standard AI action, such as an answer or an explanation, uses one credit. Heavier actions such as a multi-step plan typically use 5 to 20 credits, and the cost is shown before they run. Monthly credits reset and don't roll over. Extra credits cost $30 per 1,000, are used after your monthly credits and last 12 months. On Pro and above you can bring your own model key, which uses no credits.

How do extra servers work?

Each paid plan includes a number of servers. Servers above that are billed per server each month at your plan's rate, prorated from the day you add them. On Pro, that is $3 a server.

What happens if a payment fails?

Stripe retries three times over 7 days. If the payment still fails, management actions pause, and your servers keep running: Orchec never stops customer servers over billing. Your data is kept for 90 days.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment.

How does yearly billing work?

A year costs 10 months. Upgrades apply at once and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of the period you paid for.

Do you offer discounts?

Pro is free for students and open-source maintainers. Enterprise plans are annual contracts invoiced net 30.

Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?

Prices are in US dollars. Stripe shows your local currency at checkout and accepts cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Stripe also adds VAT, GST or sales tax where it applies.

Are logs included?

Every plan includes 1 GB of log ingest per server each month, pooled across the organization. A log pack adds 20 GB for $10.
