Acceptable use policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

This text is a draft under legal review and is not yet in force. It describes how we intend to work at launch.

Orchec gives you powerful control over servers. To keep the service safe for everyone, you must not use it to:

  • manage servers or accounts you are not authorized to manage;
  • send spam, run phishing, or host malware, botnets or command-and-control servers;
  • attack, scan or probe systems you do not own or have permission to test, including Orchec itself outside our disclosure policy;
  • mine cryptocurrency on Orchec-provided resources, or abuse free plans with many accounts;
  • store or distribute content that is illegal or infringes others’ rights, including child sexual abuse material;
  • break export control or sanctions laws;
  • get around plan limits, rate limits, the agent’s allowed operations or the AI guardrails;
  • resell or offer the Orchec control plane as a competing service, except as the self-hosted licence allows.

If you see abuse, email security@orchec.com. We may suspend accounts that break this policy and will tell you why when we can.
